When using our Services in connection with Thumbtack's Partner API, you agree to comply with Thumbtack's API Terms of Use, available at https://developers.thumbtack.com/docs/terms.
Any data transmitted through our Services in connection with Thumbtack or other business partners (“API Data”) is subject to applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. We process such data solely to provide services to you and will comply with all applicable privacy regulations.
We will destroy all API Data promptly (but in any case within 5 business days) if you cease using our Services or upon reasonable request, except as required by applicable law. This ensures compliance with Thumbtack's partner API requirements.
When accessing APIs and API Data on behalf of Thumbtack service professionals, we act solely as an agent of such service professionals. Nothing in these Terms alters the relationship between Thumbtack and any service professional.
We do not claim ownership of any data transmitted through our Services. All data remains the property of the respective service professionals and their customers, subject to applicable privacy laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services, but grant us a license to use such content to provide our Services.

We strive to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
Technical support is available during business hours, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any issues promptly.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoPilotSMB, its directors, employees, representatives, officers, and agents from and against any and all liability arising out of or in connection with:
